My current work exp is 5 years across 2 big 4s and a KPO in India. How much hike should I quote if I clear the interviews here? Presently my CTC is around early INR1000Kp.a. Also are they giving options of a permanent WFH post covid? If not can I work from some other office such as HYD, BLR instead of NCR?

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly.
