About to start studying for the CFE. On the pre assessment I had passing scores (greater than 75%) for all the sections besides law (72). Is the pre assessment a good representation of knowledge for the actual exam? And do I need to study as much as the ACFE guides recommend?

Applied for a B4 senior forensic role, but was not even granted an interview after my initial phone screen with HR; I’m confused why because i thought they needed bodies. My background includes 4 years of forensic experience on multiple investigations and program oversights, 5 years in other professional, non-forensic roles, and i have both a CFE and a CPA under my belt. The phone screen was basically HR asking if i have used google suite and tableau

Law schools in Toronto - I am currently working as a Senior Auditor at EY & finished my CPA modules in less than 12 months & successfully passed CFE, September 2021 (Fasttrack) while working full time. I am really interested in getting into a top law school here in Toronto but unfortunately I had a low CGPA (3.15) from undergrad due to some unfortunate incident, mostly impacted my grades. I strongly feel i can score 170+ on LSAT; question DO I EVEN STAND A CHANCE TO GET INTO ANY LAW SCHOOL

Thinking about my Roth 401k… I’m always gonna contribute at least 6% for the company match (that’s a no-brainer) but is there any benefit to investing more than 6%? Since my 401k contributions are after-tax earnings, couldn’t I make more money if I instead invested additional contributions myself through Robinhood and have the freedom to use/move it as I please? Mental healthcare is not "here you have some yoga videos" and keep working 60,70,80h a week to barely pay your rent and think in your net worth. How could we redesign consulting services for sustainability, specially regarding employee mental health, and still bring value to our clients?
