About to start the interview process at BDO for FDD as a SA. Currently an A3 in audit - any tips or potential case study tips?

I have my phone screening interview coming up soon for an L6 Senior applied scientist position for Tax classification team. I was wondering if any if you can provide any sort of help on how to prepare better for this interview. It's a pretty big deal for me, and I really want to Ace that interview.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. Currently a staff in audit - 6 months in. Glad to be learning a lot, and have had a generally positive experience at the firm other than a few interactions, some tough busy season nights. Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing. Is it better to jump firms/has anyone done this?

Has anyone found groups in FDD that have better hours than others? If so, what group, how did you do it, and how do you stay? I’ve heard that there are groups that do IPOs in FDD that work less, although I’ve never seen an IPO group.
