Hi EY fishes. What is the high range of base salary M / SM level in Advisory / TAS? 170/220 sounds about right? Again, I am asking about the high range 90-95 percentile

What’s a good salary for a Senior Consultant in DnA space ? Let’s take Big4, MBB for an average. I’m offered 105k base.

Most staff/sr assoc would make 80% of salary for the next 4 months if fired & yet firms are considering pay cuts.
