Would like to know myself
Following, intrigued here. :)
there are none, it is pure service based model. I will delighted to have clarity from fellow accenture
We have a portal filled with classes from several vendors. Pluralsight being one of them. While we don’t have Udemy, we do have other service, such as datacamp, that make up the difference.
You have to get PL approval to get the trainings. Some of them cost a bit and will require a reason and a commitment to get the end certificate. It usually has been a straightforward process though. I am very happy with the material available to me so far.
A cloud guru, Cousera and Whizlabs
A mandatory set trainings that gives you an overview of a modern tech area (Blockchain, cloud, AI, fixing Deloitte’s projects). They each constitute a point. There is a mandatory requirement to get up to a certain number of points.
Personally, I think the trainings provide generally a good overview but are a little full of themselves. It’s not to the same extent as it was when I was at IBM however. They made it sound like every industry in 3 years that we’re not 60% blockchain were not going to stand the test of time, all while there were emails going around giving out lucrative awards for people who could find usecases for blockchain. Here it is almost a little too ignorant of clients resistance and ignorance towards some of these technologies. Some companies I have been with never invested in any security until they got hacked BADLY (Ransomware) then they got the idea.
We have SO much L&D available to us that it can be overwhelming, but I’ve been more than impressed by it. A has at least several partnerships with higher ed and learning platforms that you can find a training, class or certification in just about anything related to our work, including personal development stuff like mentoring.
We have lots of VMWare training. We must have gotten a big discount cause we get 3 emails a week touting available classes
So I joined AFS in SAP supply chain a year ago and I’ve done more training than I ever had access to at NTT. So far I’ve done agile fundamentals (certification), SAP Solution Manager Test Training from SAP directly, and I did some supply chain s4 training that was just on our training website. There are a ton available and at least in SAP the training lead has been awesome about approving almost anything I asked for as a level 9.
cousera can we login with Accenture id or there is separate access request ?
