I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. I am in a slight dilemma now. I have got an offer from Hyderabad based company and also i have already resigned from my exited from my current company. I have accepted the offer thinking they will give temporary WFH atleast for few months, atleast that's what they said during interview. But now they have asked me to come to office ASAP. Now i am having second thoughts about this. My question is can I resign this offer and continue searching for other jobs without working?
