Accenture offered 2 lakhs joining bonus along with 35 percent hike.will they credit that 2 lakhs joining bonus after tax cuttings on 1st month salary day? Or they do credit full amount in 1st mnth salary and deducts tax later?

I have a new job offer closer to home and higher salary. The new employer wants me to start asap. I will not be able to provide a full 2 weeks notice. What should I do. I feel really bad leaving my current employer with only 1 week notice. Any suggestions?

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken? I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon.
