Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.

HR said she will release the offer in 2 weeks but my status on the job portal says as position no longer considered. When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong. Now I gave the interview for a different position in same firm and got selected. The 2nd one seems kind of interesting and match my profile. What to do now?🥲
