Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

It’s been a while, but when I worked at Jung Von Matt in Hamburg they had a whole floor of English speaking creatives from The UK, Brazil, the US, etc.
Overall if you stick to global agencies that have offices in cities like Berlin and Munich, having English as your primary language will be a benefit. Start by reaching if your favorite agencies have a Germany office and do your LinkedIn or warm intro outreach from there. Though based on my limited time traveling to Germany for work, learning German will be necessary at some point to make everyday tasks easier and expand more job opportunities.

Thank you for the advice!
Berlin and Munich are “melting pot” cities so for the most part you’d definitely get by with just English. Always good to learn the language though, especially if you plan to travel the area.
Research ad agencies but also large tech companies like Google etc. who have locations there.

Why Germany in particular? Just curious. If I were to do this, a place like Amsterdam would seem like a better place (just from a career standpoint) to do this.
I really like Germany and the language. Been in NYC for 20 years and want to live in Europe. Germany seems like one of the easier countries to work in as an American, plus I love the vibes and slightly chiller way of life in Germany.
