Acknowledging that this is generally a tough time for job searchers, what advice would you give someone who is trying to transition from a dual role as a creative who also handles project management, to a pure project management role. In applications is it worth it to highlight how this duality shapes your approach to PM work, or would it be better to downplay that you have worn both hats and only talk about your experience on the PM side? I really want to move away from hands on creative work.
