Hello! I am looking for two new Texas teachers (0-5 years) who would be interested in participating in a study I am doing as a Doctoral Candidate at Baylor. The study looks to understand the experiences women working in the field of education have had that triggered shame and explore their resilience. D1, why does that suck?
0-17 for SC ,0 -22 for M and 0-25 for SM
Holy shit. 25-28% are amazing. Get some perspective.
0 to 17%?
What are they
Thanks D3

I received 28.5% last year and 25% the year before (M2 and M1 respectively)
Oh so the band is pretty low, got it
Do 2nd year Advisory C's get AIP at all?
Nope, next year buddy
Sure, I know. The issue is expectations. The firm has communicated a goal of increasing the overall percentage of pay tied to performance to be more in line with IB (50-100%). So, my expectation is that the top end of the range will slowly but surely increase over time
Well I'm above the range so I guess I can't complain. Hope everyone else did well
