After 3 rounds of strong interviews, is it ok to call the recruiter (2 days post interviews) to get an update and let them know another firm is moving fast and you are hoping to hear sooner. Recruiter did pick up the phone and spoke to me. Just didn’t want to sound desperate…but my current firm is giving me a bigger role and I didn’t want to sign up and then leave either which I told the recruiter.

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title.
