After 6 phone interviews, I got turned down for a job at Goldman with no feedback. I was really excited to put in my two weeks and have a nice fancy industry job to move on to. Now I’m in the dumps :(

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

I recently joined Company A on H1B few weeks ago. My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
