Don’t be picky about friends. Hang out with any people you meet who are willing to hang out with you even if you don’t completely gel with them. When I moved to a new city knowing no one, I didn’t love my first friend group, but through them, I met my true friends. Also, I got to explore the city through socializing.

I am myself struggling to have a better income and stability, I cannot handle the uncertainty of private practice, no more. And I am ready too to start a position far from home (I am in Europe). So I can relate. Think about your past position and your difficulties in private practice, try to schedule a weekend with your family. Think that you are working for the better and it takes time to get used in a new life.
u got this

Church is also good
