Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
