Anywhere between 2-5 years but it varies depending on location, specific skill sets within SF that are more valuable (Billing, CPQ, Tableau, etc) and specific role
Give yourself atleast a couple of years to learn and lead. Otherwise even if you get in, you won't stay much longer
So for me it was about a 7 year process where I went from $95k as an SBA to about $195k TC.

You could try to get a role as a solution engineer at Salesforce. I got 185k with 2.5 years there
How much travel is required for solution engineer at SF?
I got to $100k after 2 years, I got to $130k by 3.5 years. Now I’m at 5 years and pushing for $150-180k base in this market

A friend just got $160k plus bonus at a boutique for a IC solution architect role that mixes design, coding, and pre-sales scoping not even 3 years out of school. Compare this to 3 years ago when I was making $155k as a director at an end-client with 5.5 years... I make more now ($200k+) as a manager at an ISV as a consulting manager, but the marketplace has continued to grow hotter ever since the lull at the beginning of COVID happened.
Around 4-5 unless you’ve specialized in CPQ, FSL, or AI then maybe more like 3.
It also depends DRAMATICALLY on the actual tasks you are doing. If you’re taking orders and building as told then longer. If you can be given a business problem and come up with a solution entirely on your own then sooner.
1.5 years you’d be pushing it to get to 125. Around 100 is more realistic.
Elaborate more on Salesforce Consultant…are you applying internally or with SIs?
Do you understand the technical arch of SF? Can you code or just point and click?
125-150k after a year and a half might be a stretch. Are you multi threaded? What’s the project mix? For that salary they may be looking for a resource that can semi-autonomously lead a Salesforce implementation or custom solution project.

It took me 4 full years after college to reach $125k TC, but that was a while ago. Agree that 2-5 years is an accurate range today.
I hit 125k (base salary) in my first year as a consultant, prior to that I had 2yoe as a BA/Admin/Internal Consultant.
