I recently tried quitting everything last Sunday, with drew all last week and then relapsed Friday, Saturday and Sunday worst withdrawals I ever had (cold sweats, shaking, wasn’t sure I would survive). This litigation won’t wipe us out… something’s I just become very pessimistic about the future of the company.

Current CTC : 21LPA

Other offer CTC: 26LPA

YOE : 11 year

Any one aware of the laptop purchasing policy at kgs. Where we can purchase a laptop for max 1 lac and kgs will pay the entire amount to us provided bill is in its name and kgs will deduct the same amount from our salary in 36 installments.

How can we export the revised compensation letter.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

I mean there's an amount X in my letter, but if I worked for 6 months out of 12 months, would I get X/2 or X?
