After months of job searching, submitting dozens of applications, and several grueling interviews, I finally landed a job last week. I should be celebrating, but tbh, all this news about AI's rapid advancements makes me worry about keeping my job. Did I just spend years of my life and thousands of dollars on a degree, only to be obsolete in a year?

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

What has been the most helpful resources when preparing for the GCA interview for a non technical role? I’m getting a second chance to re-do this. 🙏

Interview questions to expect in a lateral interview? (3rd year/litigation and dispute resolution) I am extremely nervous as it’s my first lateral interview and not sure what to expect.

Welp. Had an interview scheduled for this morning for 30 mins. I join the webex & nothing. I email the recruiter after 15 mins and get a response saying the interviewer had something come up and would like to reschedule. Is it dramatic of me to be bothered by the fact they didn’t even apologize? Meanwhile, I have another interview for a different company Monday & the recruiter reached out today asking if I had any questions or do a zoom test run.

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role.
