Agency burnout is hitting me hard after 5 years. My client is the most demanding client I’ve worked with. I’m looking to go elsewhere but anything I apply to I either don’t hear anything or get an automated email that they went with someone else. I want to be in house so bad. I’m qualified and I’m awesome at my job. I know the job market isn’t fun right now. But man this sucks. Any resume tips or resume writers you recommend?

Anyone had good multiple offers and had one the hiring managers pressure you into taking the offer after asking for additional time to think about it?

As everybody tells u will get more offers during the last one month of notice.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Anyone hiring for a Marketing Analyst position?

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house?
