All, looking for a comp. check at Slalom since their titles don't follow the standard paradigm. I'm a 2nd year senior manager with account management responsibilities and 10+ years of experience. Does anyone know what the range of starting salaries is for Slalom? For reference, West Monroe Partners would be 180-190k.

It seems like Slalom would be in that ballpark.

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Don’t want to think the grass is always greener on the other side, but I’ve seen so many people made the move to EY from other big 4 and they make much more than I do because of the switch (same city same service line same level).

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
