Almost made it to a year in my current role and am about to go through a formal review. I would love to transition into an open role I see on my current companies website. Should I talk to a recruiter or hiring about my interest? Would love advice on networking and setting my self up for success if I do this.

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

Best way to prepare for an analytics consulting analyst (VCA) case interview? I have an analytics background but I never did or prepared for typical (Big 4) consulting interviews. Do i have to do the same prep, or is there a different way I can prepare for these VCA case interviews?
