Almost with enough experience to complete my CISA certification requirements. Time to see which other ISACA cert to tackle next; either the CISSP, CISA or others hm

IMHO CISSP is the most valuable of those.

like

CISSP isn't an ISACA credential, FWIW

like

CISA followed by CISSP, a lot of what we do in the cyber space ties back to audit in some way shape or form

like

OSCP imo.

Cisa + cpa is the bomb

Why would you ever want a cert with Audit or Accounting in the title... CISSP or like D1 said OSCP if you want to be super technical in A&P

Pwc 2 you sound like a pleasant, jolly dude

Long story short - was lured into an opportunity to do BD for a large PE PortCo… better work/life balance, but honestly miss the deal cycle.

Anyone know of open VP1 opps right now?

Private Equity groups at Oliver Wyman, S&, and EY Parthenon have all invited me to interview. Alix Partners has reached out to build out the Galt Co acquisition. 1. Anyone else who is considering a move to private equity consulting, are you concerned with joining at what could be the peak of M&A? Are these companies being rational in such a hot market when it comes to hiring? 2. Any thoughts on the quality of these teams relative to one another?
