Your designated office mom is responsible for paying your bill.

You need to do your expense reports on time, then the firm pays the bill to Amex. If you don't get your reports in on time so that the firm doesn't make a payment on time, you are responsible for the late fee. Amex used to waive those if you called them, but the firm told them to stop doing it. That was a couple years ago, so no idea if you can still get them waived now if you're late
You are! Expense reports are annoying but only take a few mins. And they’re always approved instantly so it’s nice to just get off your back as soon as it’s available.

Send me your card information and I can submit the payment details so you don’t have to
Don’t forget to include the zip code.
I am assuming you are pretty new to the firm or have only just got a corporate Amex card so no snarky comments here! It's your responsibility to pay your Amex on time (firm won't pay any interest or late payment fees). If you claim your expenses promptly, then you would normally always get reimbursed before you have to pay your Amex bill.
At BDO US employee is responsible for paying it. Obviously you expense the charges on it, but they pay you and you pay amex
