Why Aren’t More Women Taking the Lead in Project Management?
Women make up around a third of the project management population — a figure that hasn’t changed a great deal over the last few years — and they also continue to be largely absent from leadership roles in major projects.

Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? Yup, you wrong because you originally invited him. Lesson learned to not invite someone too far ahead.
It wouldn’t be wrong if he invited himself.
Have fun!
Yeah you wrong.
Problem resolved! He decided to opt out to rest since he's been out all weekend lol appreciate yall though
Glad it worked out

Since you already invited him - I wouldn’t backtrack
Do you think your friends will mind that he's there too? He'll be able to entertain himself too, so I would just bring him so I didn't hurt his feelings
Yes, you'd be in the wrong for inviting him and then canceling at the last minute. You could still try to salvage it and let them know that you'd prefer if they enjoyed the event on their own since it was supposed to be a girls-only kind of thing, but you should be more mindful in the future about how you present these things. It's nice to be nice, but not when you don't actually mean it. Maybe offer to buy him dinner or something the next day if you feel bad about it.
You can't uninvite him. That would be rude and actually unnecessary. What you can do in this kind of case is ask him "Do you really want to go to this thing? If I hadn't told my girls I'd go with them, I think I'd rather skip the heat, humidity and crowds." If he says he's been looking forward to the festival, tell him he's welcome to come along. Tell him he may be on his own most of the time because you have to make sure your friends are enjoying themselves. Tell him if he finds a little cutie to share the music with that the van leaves at X o'clock and not to be late. Maybe he will bow out on his own.
