To my amazon folks, I need some advise. Got an offer for a technical project manager position in the DMV area. Currently making around $130k TC but the offer is for $150k base and 210k TC for the first year. I’ll have to move from a MCOL area to a HCOL area. What are folks in this role making at Amazon? Should I counter?

Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

I got an offer from Aptiv for $100,000 + 5% annual bonus + $2,500 signing bonus. This is a new grad role for Algorithm Engineer located in Los Angeles, CA.
