No, Senior Analyst at Accenture is equal to Consultant 1 at Deloitt

I see what you’re saying, that’s assuming they’re doing well to get promoted every year. Most of my friends had one position that took them two years hence the three years number. Totally possible.

Entry level hires come in at a level 11 (analyst), the next promo is to a 10 (sr analyst). Consultants are considered levels 8/9 for context
I had 1 YOE at another big 4, came in as a senior analyst
Associate 2 years
Analyst 2 years
Senior analyst 2 years
Team lead 2 years
Am 3 years
M 2-3 years
How long have you been an analyst ? Background ?
I switched to Accenture about 3-4 months after being promoted to consultant at Deloitte (got promoted whenever promos took place which I think was beginning of June and started at Accenture end of Sep) and I was hired as a consultant at L9
Thanks everyone! I wasn’t very knowledgeable about Accenture’s level and just wanted to make sure it was the right fit.
