It’s a capital intensive investment. Unless your family already has real estate investments you can learn from, I would just learn as much as you can now and wait till you have enough capital.

Are you a sales person? If not, get a W2 job, buy a home every year for 5 years, then jump back into it when it is not your primary source of income.

I have an offer for a company abroad.
