Stress definitely hurts. The simple answer is working out. Play some sports and lift some weights. It’s insane how much physical activity affects mental health (and hormone levels).
Thanks, I have started working out consistently, got a coach who created a weekly workout list, and restarted after work walks I was doing during the pandemic. All the things I am anticipating should help. Have had 3 sessions with a therapist, which I anticipate should help in the long run vs my doctor wanting to prescribe Prozac without addressing or discovering root case.

Do you snore? Could be sleep apnea.
Sometimes libido decreases with age. But stress is a huge factor. Also if you’re on some medications. Especially anxiety or depression meds. Those can absolutely kill your libido
