Any advice on a career growth path as an FP&A in the manufacturing. I have been an accountant in an auto manufacturing ,Hyundai, for 2 ish years. My first year as an FP&A in another manufacturing. My thought is to gain some more experience, plus studying for my CMA, and then apply at a top manufacturing company like Boeing or Tesla. What are some of my other options and what are some salary expectations for FP&A in manufacturing with experience?

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
