Hello Nooglers, is it possible to internally switch at Google from TSE (AI/ML) to core ML domain? If yes, how and how much time a person would require to work at TSE position? I received interview call for TSE position so I was wondering if this could be a possibility or not.

Toronto ad fish 🤠 I’ve spent most of my career working as a copywriter in London (6 years here, 2 years Toronto) and the market is pretty different here. I mean… probably avoid if you can? There’s going to be mass layoffs when they inevitably get merged into TBWA next year.
@creative they’re hiring now because they’re not dead yet. They have org charts to fill and deadlines to meet.
But also SLT is playing the self-preservation game. When the cuts do come, last one in is always the first one out.
In the meantime they have to at least pretend to be healthy and give the impression there’s nothing to worry about.
IMHO any IPG brand that’s hiring is being dishonest. It’s common (and public) knowledge that Omnicom is going to collapse companies across the line, in North America and worldwide.

Look at all their recent work beforehand and then compliment it a lot during the interview. Also, look at Jordan’s recent work from her previous agencies and compliment that too. That’s usually your golden ticket into an agency.
