What's the best job in FAANG companies for an IELTS instructor with 6 years experience?

Any suggestions on Tech Consulting to Product Management path (certifications, courses etc)? 6yoe including tech implementations (BI, ERP) ; consider myself a generalist. Honestly looking for an exit into some intesesting product related work (potentially in big tech) but wondering how to reframe my exp & upskill myself in Prod space.

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support. I want to wait until I hit the one year mark before making a decision on whether Consulting is for me or not. Curious to hear from other experienced hires..how is/was your first year?

I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay.
