Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Dont loose hope. Stay strong, just hang in there for your time to rise.
Dont give up, Ive been there few times. Do your best.!
I'm in same boat...tier 2 network engineer getting rejection letters from stuff as small as help desk positions.
Yeah I know the feeling I even got rejected from Safeway
What type of job are you looking for? Are you willing to move? Do you have specific skills listed in your resume? Do you look at the job listing from the company's website ( not indeed or linkedin) and match it to your skill set? I don't mean lie just make sure your terms match theirs. For example your resume may say.. Expert in Microsoft Office. The ad may state expert in Microsoft Excel. Some companies have software picking out key words. That may not match. If the ad says... expert in "insert skill" and I am intermediate at best I list the skill set on my resume. I will not put expert but I will list it. Try having a recruiter or specialist look at your resume. Don't use fancy fonts, graphics,. Fill out the (yes stupid) form some send out. Sometimes that is the only thing that lands on the hiring managers desk. Make sure to seem interested in the job. Occassionally we get great two candidates that are equal except one acts like they want the job. The other almost turns you down in the interview. Research the company some when they call for interview. Use the information to try to connect with the interviewer. We have hired people because our team needed someone that was great in one of the 15 desired skillsets. So try not to get too discouraged. Go to the company's website to apply. Sometimes job postings stay up after the job is filled on sites like LinkedIn. Start at sites like that but go to the company's site to verify.
Yeah it's almost like I'm rewriting my resume everytime I apply for work to use the keywords/buzzwords they use to be able to pass the ATS. I sometimes use jobscan.co and use fake email addresses for the free scans. Even with high match rate I still get rejected 😔
Im looking for a job as well after being let go. Definitely took a hit in my confidence but don’t let these jobs define you. Stay positive and something is sure to come your way.
Thank you. I do agree though it's one major hit to my confidence as well
Stay strong...I can feel your pain. I'm in the same shoes
Do not lose hope. I know it can be discouraging seeing all these other layoffs, which can mean more competitors for the same jobs we are vying for!
I know is tough to do after so long and all the rejections, but, you have to show confidence you can do and excel at the job you are applying and interviewing for. Get your self mentally ready, take on line training to boost your confidence in the subject matter. I know is easier said than done. I was once out of work for 11 months with 2 small kids and my wife was a "lunch lady" at the elementary school... I been there. Is a mental game now.
