Which company should I join, Mindtree or Persistent as a Java developer with 8 years of experience?

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.

I am getting demotivated, but have to continue trying hard.

I really wish luck could be on my side.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. When people refer to e-commerce exits they are typically referring to platforms like amazon. If I’m more interested in working for an e-commerce store/seller rather than a platform is there a better term for this so I can research better?

Had conversations with 3-4 teams so far, many times great feedback/compliments even during the team matching chat, but no successful match yet. I’ve seen post MBA PE exists from MBB, but what are the VC exit ops like? Does MBB help? How easy/hard to get partner track without operating or startup experience? What about for later stage stuff like growth equity? (Not interested in PE).
