Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. While it may vary from function to function but we will atleast got to know a ballpark figure. Also if you could add your designations, will be great.
Anyone here from Barclays finance/investment banking domains. Since most of the roles and packages discussed here are for technology/IT related. If anyone from finance background could share, whats the package Barclays offers for BA4 level in finance for anyone with 6-7 years of experience? Barclays, Barclays global service center

WFH this past year has been the most productive year I’ve had in my career. The day I get the email forcing me to waste time and money commuting to from the office more than 2/3 days a week is the day I start interviewing elsewhere.
Same! Also I am AMAZING at presenting on Zoom, terrible at presenting in person. My career is in the best place it’s ever been thanks to remote work.
Going back to the office but we can still work from home at night and on the weekends.

Mine is going to do 3x a week in office, max. I hope it’s 2 instead...
The last 12 months have been nothing short of life changing for me. I’ve moved into the burbs after many, many years of city dwelling.
I hadn’t realized the concessions I had made in my life and with my health for the sake of being at the center of it all. Don’t get me wrong I love those cities, but my mental and physical health is exponentially better these days.
I have the privilege of working for a top agency, but I admit, if I’m forced to decide between a big-name shop or staying where I am living and potentially working for a smaller (or even regional place) that allows me to stay put, I’m going to opt for the latter.
Weber is going to a hybrid 3/2 model globally.
Just took a client side job that is 100% remote, woooo!

Love it!
Guys. It might help if you post your office plan and list your company instead of your title...
My company stated 75% of us will be hybrid moving forward. The other 25% will be mostly in office but with more flexibility (the 25% are the people who are mostly going into the office now)
Location: NYC
WFH until 2022 with going into the office entirely optional. Based on some recent articles, looks like we’ll be hybrid but dependent on roles.
