Any book recommendations? Some of my favs are Freakonomics and The Big Short

PS5 Owner here, looking for my next title until God Of War comes out.

My favorite genre is action adventure, I particularly loved Horizon 1 + 2, Last of us 1 + 2, God of War, Jedi Fallen Order.

I also enjoy some RPGs, I thought elden ring was okay but have previously enjoyed the fallout games.

Does anyone have motivating/good sales books to recommend?

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.

CFP study programs:

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
