Any cool and unique tools people are using for sourcing??

I'll go first, using LinkedIn scheduler has helped me get candidates scheduled for calls so much easier than asking them when they are free, I just message they respond and I send them my calendar and I got 4-5 scheduled each day, been a lifesaver so candidates pick the time that works best for them and myself.

I also use Bing GPT it helps me with email write-ups and researching what questions to ask technical questions.

Can anyone provide a link or resources for best recommended resume templates for product managers trying to get into FAANG companies? Thank you!! 🙏🙏

Anyone sincerely concerned there will be hiring freezes with the coronavirus? I’ve been diligently applying and reaching out to my contacts for the past two months and am getting discouraged.

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. I have worked as a strategy consultant (& a researcher). Should I change lines? Where else can I try?

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging. No explanation just kicked out. Advice?
