SLC’s new BL scene seems to be tightening its belt. Unfortunately, the market conditions will probably be a bit rough for Rocky Mountain West, at least on the transactional side.

Second H&H. Can field questions if you have any. Denver has immediate needs for mid levels but I think either office will entertain juniors.

I have an opportunity with a T50 that pays market. Looking for midlevel m&a. Dm me if interested.

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not? There’s generally a perception here that L&W and K&E are the only US firms where London can even begin to compete with stateside in terms of generating l work organically but would be interesting to know what you all think?
