When I’ve worked with service designers the output seems to be another version of a process map, are there other skills and experience needed? Hi, I work in a retail company in London. I’ve been here for just over a year and I have a total of 3 years experience as a BA. I want to switch to a FinTech company but finding it difficult to even get an interview. Any tips or advice on how to get into FinTech as a BA?

My wife often calls me by 5:45/6 to ask where I am if I’m not headed home yet. Sometimes she’s stressed with kids/dogs/dinner and really wants me home. This really throws off my concentration because it makes me feel rushed. Like many practices sometimes I’m out at 5:30, other times it’s much later. Just depends and is unpredictable. Any advice on how to approach this?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
