I got an offer from another organization of almost double of my current ctc, my current organization offering me a Manager post in Abroad and asking me to withdraw my resign, it will take 4-6 month in visa processing, I am left with 30 days out of 90 days of my notice period. Hard to digest: during 2000-2001 .com bubble, overall there were 107K layoffs (yes, then the tech staff was less compared to today). But in just Q4 2022, there have been 120K lay offs so far and looks like it’s just the beginning.
