I am based in the US so I am not quite familiar with the new bills in Utah. Are you thinking of practicing there if permitted?
We have to get more info about these new legislation,
and once we know if it’s really applied to us then, yes we can move there.
BTW, there’s currently a huge shortage of healthcare providers, and it will be seriously huge in the upcoming years!!
I think there's moe nuance to it, you'll likely have to retake exams and stuff to be certified in the US - they've likely just relaxed the criteria to some extent
There are all sorts of twists and turns to this that it comes down to physician-specific situations—especially if you didn’t train in a manner like a traditional US resident/fellow model for a sub-specialty. I wish you the best of luck, but don’t be surprised if you have to repeat some training and/or have to add some extra training and exams before you’re even given consideration.
