As a new product manager what books should I be reading? I’ve already read Inspired but looking or more. For context, I’ve joined a series A start up and as expected there’s a lot to do and it’s very fluid. I want to be able to help the head of product as much as possible as well as provide some structure to how we work.

Getting pulled into meetings on different projects as functional lead or backup to functional lead. What is the best way to organize, to keep meeting notes, key tidbits, track of latest updates and status? One note or something else? Also, any tips or books to read to help manage such a pace and diversity of projects. Not looking to be a PM. PM tries to book me in for a piece of work with X customer for X day. This day did not suit my schedule. I told the PM and ccd my manager saying I’m already booked for 2 deadlines the same day

Manager chimes in next day I’m off - says do it anyway, get someone else to cover or tell customer deadlines will be pushed. Invites sent to the customers while I was on leave confirming I’ll be available
