I’m seeing most of the commission only jobs are mainly cold call sales. Is that the industry norm? I’ve only done inside sales salary + commission.

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. How would you go about asking a potential employer about working hour expectations, like being on-call or working 8+ hours a day? Gross: 17LPA. PF: 1LPA
Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?
