Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

I bought a house for 335k (asking price was 380) last month.
I replaced the floor with white tiles 24x24, repaint interior house including ceiling, re-do kitchen with new island, counter top, etc.
Redo both bathrooms. Re route electricity line.
Total spent $50k.
Posting for sale (just for curiosity), received several offers $430k

You can bargain the house and then flip the house properly and dont be cheap. You can sell high.
No, it's not my 1st project. I've been doing flips (side hobby) for 8 years now. At least 2-3 houses per year.
Im not selling this house, im going to live in here.
Just for my curiosity, so I posted for sale to see how much I can get offers. (Im a RE Broker as well).
My neighbor behind me, the same SF, just pending on asking price $450k. Offer accepted $460k.
For me. Profit $20k in 2 months. That's not bad. Maybe after tax only $10k 😅🤣.
I cant do a bigger scale by myself.
