Any idea how long it takes from managerial round to HR discussion ?

My managerial round took place on friday and it went pretty good.. im already serving notice and my LWD is oct 1st.. I havent heard back from the HR’s yet after sending a couple of emails.. Does it mean im rejected ?

Variable: 4.2 L

YOE : 5 Years

Could you please suggest is it worth moving Chennai with this offer?
