My background: I have about 4+ years operations (chemical engineering), 1 year in a DS type role, 2+ in digital strategy consulting (Big 4) and customer engagement (SaaS start up).

This person has about 19 years of retail experience and can only work 2 shifts with us. I have about 7 years of of hospital experience all at the same place and I’m able to cover any shift in our pharmacy, super user for all of our systems, trained in our PN iv room, oncology iv room and our main iv room, also RIVA system admin. How do you think about carried interest as a factor in total comp? Getting 69bps (memelord GPs) in a $420M (see above) fund, which vests over 8 years. It’s a new fund, so won’t be paid out until liquidation 5-7 years later.

Assuming I stay at the fund for two years, and the fund returns 3x, that’s 300k (obviously subject to big change depending on my tenure & returns). When benchmarking against other offers, how should this be valued? Is TC 450k (300k salary/bonus + 150k carry), or less?
