Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.

OP happy to discuss. I interviewed with them a few years ago I decided not to go that route when I found an in-house privacy counsel job but I’ve had a few Law students I mentor do that recently. And I regularly hire privacy consultants from Deloitte and other firms
I want to know about this too because I’m thinking of applying for a privacy analyst instead of trying to apply for a privacy counsel jobs without experience. I hope someone will have insight about it.
BTW starting salary is around 70K. When I was going to interview with them, I looked up the current employees on Linkedin and saw what their job descriptions are and asked questions about that. From what I understand, it’s a lot of looking at privacy impact assessments.
It is a great field to get into if you can handle that salary and get your credentials it will probably pay off in the long run
You need CISSP and a lot of technical background for that
This is 100% untrue
