You won’t get hired for P unless you can show the book of business you are bringing with you + how your skills would be complementary to the firm.
Unless you have strategy consulting experience, unlikely you would even come in as an SM / would be considered at all. 12YOE won’t mean anything unless it is directly relevant.
SD comp is in the 350-450 range I believe.
Skp 3 comment is very accurate. The range (which has gone up with recent adjustments) is accurate but does depend on hitting sales targets. Total comp could move to lowish 300’s if you’re not selling and an average performer. My guess though is if that’s the case then you won’t be sticking around too long in the role.

Haven’t seen too many direct Partner hires in NA. There was one relatively recently in the B2B practice. If you’re coming over to help kick start the TSPE practice then maybe more likely but still doubtful. If you’re currently a manager, I wouldn’t expect being up leveled all the way to partner.
What level are you now and where are u coming from ?
lmao, not unless you can convince everyone you’ll bring quite a bit of business with you and you have a skill set that isn’t available internally. This is true everywhere but very hard to succeed as a senior hire - most of the Director and Senior Director hires I’ve seen at SKP have had a pretty rough adjustment period.
