Interview process should be a screener, 2 peer interviews, and a presentation round. Salesforce CSD is a customer-facing role primarily composed of high level business program management and product portfolio sales components. The challenge/fun is that you have no ability to mandate anything at the business level and have to work everything through soft influence. The closest thing I can compare it to that may make sense for you is trying to sell an implementation phase while delivering a strategy proposal engagement. The presentation round will probably be a mock QBR. You should take it seriously and prepare content that you know well and can speak confidently to. Comp will vary based on location, but you can anticipate cash comp around $200k +/- 20% and $40k in RSUs vested over 4 years.
Account partner will be similar customer profile, but more sales oriented and will have a quota. Strategic planning is not a role I'm familiar with, but I'd guess it's an operations role, so internally facing. Your inclination to be seen as sales-oriented and carrying a quota vs being more of a trusted business technology partner and customer facing vs internal are probably the biggest differences to consider.
