I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

I was offered a sr director role. No case - all behavioral. They're very operational and want people willing to roll up their sleeves so you need to be able to talk through ops projects at a detailed level. Not sure what firm you're coming from but they dont value pure strat or top line growth experience, focus is on cost takeout.
Thanks S&1.
Do you mind sharing your level and years of experience?
Also, what made you pass the offer?
Appreciate your time and inputs here. Very helpful.
Performance improvement for portfolio companies of PE clients
Sorry, EY1 - Your question is not very clear to me, but assuming you are trying to understand the functional areas that this group is involved in. They engage in most functional areas including finance, IT, supply chain etc. Commercial due diligence, post merger optimization etc.
