I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Has this ever happened to you that each time you meet your bf/gf , there is extreme nervousness from both sides ? It’s a good kind of nervousness (shyness , awkwardness) and almost feels like meeting someone you have known forever for the first time?

Industry vets - in your experience how recession proof is insurance? I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. I make 135k gross/year & am looking at apartments in a tier 2 city. 2k for a 1 bedroom or 3k for a 2 bedroom? I’ll be working from home and living by myself & a pup. Did first set of redlines for a partner. Have ten years experience doing what this partner does but I am new to working with him. Said I did about a 7 out of 10 on that job. UK scheme is about to get trashed for the small companies. It feels like an unpopular opinion, but tbh I'm here for it. So much garbage was getting claimed by SMEs and it was disproportionately beneficial.
