What’s a better path into those high paying product management roles at FAANG? Mbb/tier 2 consulting, or industry product management (eg. at a company like Visa)?

Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

Folks on H & L visas, how is your job hunt going in the current market? I am on H-1 visa and currently have 3 YOE as a consultant and 5 YOE in Marketing. Haven't heard from any of the positions I have applied to.

My H1B 60 day timer to find a job is running out. I still have 2 years on my OPT left. Does that mean I get to stay for another 60 days after this 60days runs out? I have only been at my company for 1year, changed roles once and I just networked with an executive level staff that would like to open a role for me on their team which is directly in line with where my real career interests are. I could see myself spending the next 5-10years growing in this new role. Any suggestions on whether or not to pursue this role? Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
